The home sleeps between 16-19 people comfortably. Each additional person over 10 guests is $20/night (under 12 is $10 per child/night). Children under 3 are free. Limited camping available with house rental.   

Other

There is a 2 day minimum for weekends and weekdays, a 3 day minimum for July 4th , Memorial and Labor Day.  All holidays are at weekend rates.
