Overview
This a fully furnished home that is smoke free and pet free with breathtaking panoramic views of the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy a perfect sunrise from a huge 50' covered front porch with a porch swing and chairs. This spacious cabin has plenty of room, so it's perfect for your family gathering or group.
The first floor contains 2 full bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. And there are 2 full baths on this spacious first floor living space with 1,300 sq ft of living space. The second floor is also available if needed and has a large sleeping loft of 1200+ sq ft with sitting area. It contains 1 regular King, 1 regular Queen and 10 twin beds. A pack and play is provided for our smallest guests.
Enjoying the Outdoors
We provide 2 charcoal BBQ grills and an outside firepit with wood for your outdoor cooking and relaxing. There's also a 2 acre pond for catch and release fishing with a luxury 4 person pontoon paddle boat for the pond and a pathway to walk around the pond. This home is within easy walking distance to a secluded swimming beach on the crystal clear Black River (5 minutes from the entrance gate). If you want to eat outside, there are 3 picnic tables plus 2 extra tables and chairs for large group gatherings.
This is a large ball field next to the house. We provide some sports equipment including badminton, volleyball, washers, horseshoes, frisbees, softball equipment (ball and bat), ladder ball.. There's also a variety of board games for inside recreation. And if you prefer to take it easy, there's a large hammock peacefully located in the evergreen trees where you can stretch out, relax and enjoy the sighting of bald eagles.
For Your Convenience and Comfort
The house is fully furnished including a kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, high chair and booster seat. It has all the appliances you need, including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is air conditioned and heated and has high speed internet access. There is a TV with DVD reception only (upstairs and downstairs). There is also a fireplace where you can warm up after a brisk hike in the cooler months.
